Led the Event Entry Portal project where librarians enter the monthly calendar events and request print materials through the website, designed with Drupal 7. Worked closely with the webmaster to deliver parameters and touch on the needs of both the input and export of information.
Designed and updated the monthly and quarterly fliers, posters, brochures, display signs, and staff newsletters for the 17 branch locations, thus creating over 100 different publicity pieces each month in a week.
Streamlined the publicity delivery chain workflow by 25% by improving proofing, and printing processes. Publicity now arrives one week earlier than previously promised.
Produced several videos for the library's internal needs, as well as produced and edited content for PBC TV Channel 20's show "Beyond the Book."
