My role in the sale of my grandfather's hotel and resort proved to be a pivotal turning point in a long and challenging journey. Through a comprehensive Marketing Communications plan, I spearheaded the creation of a new logo and tagline, developed merchandise concepts, and meticulously redesigned the menu, collaborating closely with a chef to craft an enticing new culinary experience. Within a mere two months of launching the new logo, with the website in progress, the property garnered significant interest, ultimately culminating in a successful sale to a buyer whose offer my grandfather felt comfortable accepting. This rebranding initiative breathed new life into the resort, demonstrating the immense impact that strategic marketing and branding can have on the outcome of a long-standing endeavor.
